The site is a true blog on the reality scale and has a lot to do with a person’s view of everyday life in own nook of the world known as Singapore. Introducing herself as Angelique, she has on her site a warning that is befitting a true blog of human proportions, that states the blog “Raining Noodles” is not safe for kids and any other purpose for that matter. In her about page, she describes her world and how she has become one of the best bloggers according to some reviews with posts on all aspects of life in the small country she describes as a place where sex is the main past time, jokingly of course. The Island of Singapore used to be a colony of the mighty British Empire when command and conquer was still the norm of the day.
Having gained independence, her culture is a mix of Brit-savvy and Asian sophistication that has created a unique mix of cultures found no where else on earth. I mean there may be many other territories that may have been under British rule but Singapore is Singapore, the land where throwing gum wrappers on the streets may end you up with a hefty citation or jail-time. In her own words she accurately describes society from her end of the world as secular,multi-racial, multi-religion showing the complete diversity of the land that is so small that nobody would guess would become one of the best economies in Asia. Hard hit by the economic recession, like most of the many South Asian countries, they have lost much of their revenue from foreign businesses but gladly thanks to the future outlook of the country’s leaders, other means of income were developed and put into action.
As always, blogging is an effective way to release stress which was the purpose it was designed to do in the first place. The previously online web log has turned into something we have never imagined, serving any purpose we see fit, as we, along with Angelique continue to document our daily lives on the blogosphere, for eternity and beyond.

Not many people are given the opportunity to travel. It’s a life changing experience to travel to different parts of the globe and be exposed to different cultures and environments. Unfortunately, travelling can also be quite expensive, that’s why it’s a pursuit that not everyone can undertake.

Travel blogs are great way of supplementing the inability to travel. The first-hand account of travelers is not only an interesting read but it’s also a great perspective into travel that is filled with soul, a quality missing from commercial articles on travel.

Blogabond is a great site to visit for people who love to read about travel blogs. The site is actually an aggregator of sorts that give people who travel an opportunity to blog about their trips. Each blog, which is uniquely titled, deals with the personal experience of that traveller, so you’ll read abou the accounts of their travels to different countries. Each blog is also accompanied by beautiful pictures that help transport you to these countries.

Blogabond has a great wealth of blogs that you’ll certainly go back again and again to get your travel blog fix.

Political blogs are not the kind of blogs that you go to for entertainment. You go and visit these blogs to immerse yourself with knowledge and to be informed. With all of the recent turmoil in the Middle East right now, specifically Iran, the world community is watching what will happen in that part of the world.

With the political unrest in Iran and the Iranian government’s suppression of all information on what’s happening in the country, Iran’s own netizens have made it their crusade to bring the word out to the rest of the world through their blogs. The internet has really opened up communication and what would have been a ruthlessly suppressed flow of information has been blown wide open because of the vigilance and courage of Iran’s bloggers.

Nothing shows this courage and the quest for freedom as much as Iranians’ Blogs. This is a straightforward, no-frills site that collects all of the Iran related blogs that are out there on the net. The sections have been divided into blogs that are being published inside and outside of Iran. If you want a true picture of what’s happening in that country then the first-person accounts on the various blogs listed in the site are what you should read. This blog is also a testament to the impact of blogs in disseminating important information to everyone.
